By default, all of our lamps have an extended 5 -year guarantee. This guarantee applies to all orders from January 19, 2023.
What does the guarantee refer to?
The guarantee only refers to the lamps. All other components of the lamp such as cables, material, painting etc. are not covered by the guarantee.
If the lamps of one of our lamps within 5 years after the purchase date (decisive here the day of the order) show a defect, we will ensure free repairs or an exchange if necessary.
If the lamp model is no longer managed in our online shop at the time of the defect and a repair is not possible, the customer can choose a new lamp in our online shop free of charge, which is similar to the original model.
The guarantee must be paid by us within 28 days of knowing the defect.
