Manufacturer's warranty conditions

Thank you for choosing a product from LUMIÈRE Design! We want you to enjoy your luminaire for a long time. That's why we offer you a manufacturer's guarantee on electronic components such as LEDs, transformers and drivers.

§ 1 Scope of guarantee

The manufacturer's guarantee applies exclusively to the electronic components of the products:

LEDs
transformers
Drivers

Other components, such as housings, glass covers, switches or mechanical parts, are excluded from the warranty.

§ 2 Warranty period by product category

The duration of the manufacturer's warranty depends on the respective product category:

Pendant luminaires: 5 years
Floor lamps: 5 years
Table lamps: 2 years
Rechargeable table lamps: 2 years
Rechargeable floor lamps: 2 years
Replaceable light source with base: 2 years
Ceiling lights: 2 years
Other articles: 2 years

The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place, as this will be required as proof of entitlement to the warranty.

§ 3 Exclusion of warranty for B-goods

No manufacturer's warranty is provided for B-goods products that are labeled as used, with visual or technical defects or as demonstration goods. Your statutory claims, in particular the warranty rights in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, remain unaffected by this.

§ 4 What is excluded from the warranty?

The guarantee does not apply to

Damage caused by improper use, improper installation or modifications to the product.
Damage caused by external influences such as water, fire, overvoltage or other environmental influences.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that have been repaired or modified without our consent.
