Guarantee

What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee only applies to the light sources in the product categories:

• Pendant luminaires
• floor lamps
• Wall lights

All other components of the lamp such as cables, material, paintwork etc. are not covered by the guarantee.

B-goods products are also exempt from the extended guarantee period.

If the bulbs of one of our lights should prove to be defective within 5 years of the date of purchase (the date of the order is decisive here), we will provide a free repair or replacement if necessary.

If the lamp model is no longer available in our online store at the time of the defect and a repair is not possible, the customer may choose a new lamp from our online store free of charge, which is similar in price to the original model.

The warranty must be provided by us within 28 days of becoming aware of the defect.

We can only recognize a defect if it is confirmed to us by submitting pictures or videos.
