Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 working days in Germany and within 3 - 7 working days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
