Right of withdrawal for the sale of goods

Under what circumstances can you return a product?

We only accept returns from consumers (B2C) in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The product does not meet your expectations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please send us a message to service@lumiere-design.de. Together we will find a suitable solution for you.

When can you return a product?

Returns are only possible within 14 days of delivery. Decisive for this period are:

  • the date of delivery according to the shipment tracking of the shipping service provider (or the day from which the parcel is ready for collection in the parcel store),
  • and the date on your return receipt.

Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the refund has been completed.

If you return a product after the 14-day period has expired, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the order. In this case, we will offer to send the product back to you at your expense.

How do you return a product?

  1. Report your return via our form form. We cannot process returns without prior registration using this form.
  2. Once you have registered, we will send you all the necessary information for the return.

You are responsible for the return costs. Depending on the product type and size, these can vary between 5,90 € and 25,00 € (e.g. GLS shipping). The costs may vary for returns from abroad.

We respond to return requests within a few working days. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the return in our warehouse.

(Consumers are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date,

  • on which you (or a person named by you who is not the shipping service provider) took possession of the last goods if you ordered several products in one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To do this, you can use our return form form.

Important:

The return address is different from our company address. Please do not send any parcels to our company address without prior registration.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

You are obliged to return the goods to the return address immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You bear the costs for the return shipment.

You are only liable for a loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond checking the properties, condition and functionality.
